Pure Passion Collection wishes all customers to be entirely satisfied with their purchases but unfortunately all sales are FINAL. For the safety of all our clients, we have strict requirements regarding all items for our store. Once the product has been worn or altered in any way, we can no longer be of assistance. Human hair is considered a hygienic products, therefore we can not refund or exchange any products. Any unauthorized returns will be refused and returned to you.

Pure Passion Collection is not responsible for any lost, stolen, damaged products in the hands of the mail carriers.
